Our terms and conditions are as follows:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If we must cancel a workshop due to under enrollment, your deposit will be returned to you in full, or you may transfer it to another session. If you must withdraw from a workshop, and you give us a minimum of one month’s notice, R&F will refund $75 of your initial deposit, retaining a $25 processing fee.

If you must withdraw from a workshop after it has been confirmed and we are unable to replace you, R&F will retain the entire amount. If we can replace you, we will refund all but the $25 processing fee. R&F does not assume any responsibility for nonrefundable travel and lodging expenses. We therefore strongly recommend that you wait until your class is confirmed before making these arrangements, or make sure your flight and lodging are refundable.

*Please note that no pets are allowed.

Mixed Media workshops follow registrars policies.


REGISTRATION
Workshops can fill up months in advance so early registration is strongly recommended. Participants are registered in the order that their applications are received. You may register online or by phonel. We require a $100 deposit at the time of registration to ensure your space in the workshop.

Once we receive your deposit, you will be emailed a receipt, which will indicate whether or not the class is fully enrolled at this time. The balance on the workshop is due one month prior to the start of the workshop.


CONFIRMATION AND BALANCE
Once the class is fully enrolled, you will receive a confirmation email which will include helpful information including: your classes materials list, accommodations lists, and travel directions. Please do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until you know that the class is sufficiently enrolled. You can always call us at 1-800-206-8088 to get an idea of how the enrollment is looking if you have special circumstances. The balance payment is due any time before the start of the workshop.
